Collective Agreement Ratified
Members of Local 49 have ratified your new Collective Agreement. One hundred per cent of ballots cast last night (Tuesday, December 8th) were in favour of ratifying the Tentative Agreement reached with your Employer.
Highlights of the agreement include wage increases of 2 per cent for 2014; 2 per cent for 2015; and 3 per cent for 2016.
Your Employer has indicated that they will try to get retro-pay to the membership before Christmas.
