Welcome new members of Local 150 – Island Employment Association!

We are pleased to welcome our newest members who are employees of the Island Employment Association. They are Career Practitioners, Career Counsellors, Job Developers, Employment Support Practitioners, IT Technicians, Information Resource Specialists, and Project Managers.
They help people find a job or explore career possibilities as well as help people access government-sponsored programs that assist with employment, training, and supports.
Island Employment Association is a non-profit organization funded by both the Province of Nova Scotia and the Government of Canada.
Our approximately 27 members work out of four offices in Cape Breton: Sydney, Port Hawkesbury, Inverness, and Cheticamp.
