Halifax Pride is organizing a candlelight vigil in light of the horrific act of violence against the queer community in Orlando.
The vigil takes place TONIGHT (Monday) at 8:00 p.m. on the Halifax Commons, near the intersection of North Park and Cornwallis.
The organizers at Halifax Pride have explicitly said that Islamophobia (anti-Muslim sentiment) is *not welcome* at tonight’s vigil:
