Dave Lawrence – In Memorium
We regret to inform you that the NSGEU has lost a long-time activist and staff member, David Lawrence.
David suffered a major medical event at our 2019 Convention and passed away in hospital late Thursday evening. Many NSGEU members knew David not only as an Employee Relations Officer, but as a past Local President and Board member. He was a tireless advocate and ally for the members, was loved and respected by his coworkers, and was a devoted husband and father. He will be deeply missed by all, including his NSGEU family.
David’s obituary can be found here: https://www.arbormemorial.ca/atlantic-sackville/obituaries/david-dave-douglas-lawrence/33929/
