Pride Parade Sydney, Saturday August 3, 2019
Join fellow NSGEU and Nova Scotia Federation of Labour (NSFL) members at the Cape Breton Pride Parade on Saturday, August 3rd.
If you would like to help decorate a float, please meet us on Dorchester St. in Sydney between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. When you are looking for us, please watch for our clearly marked NSGEU van.
The parade begins at 12:00 p.m. The Parade route starts again this year on Dorchester Street in Sydney, then along the Esplanade, onto Townsend Street, along George Street, and will finish down Ferry Street leading into the Pride Party in the Park at Open Hearth Park.
CB Pride is a week-long event and begins on August 2nd. For more information about other events happening during the week, you can visit: https://www.pridecb.com/
