Sock It To Poverty donation a welcome contribution in Sydney

The Cape Breton Regional Council recently dropped off a large donation from Sock It To Poverty to The Ally Centre of Cape Breton. Here’s what they had to say:

I just want to say thanks so much to the NSGEU for the kind donation of winter wear to the Ally Centre!  It was certainly a timely gesture as I had just given away the last of the donations that came through during Christmas.  Please pass this thank you note on to all those who contributed.  This generous gift will offer warmth and relief for so many struggling folks.
