Local 46-Property Valuation Services Bargaining Update: Proposals Exchanged

Dear members,

Negotiations have begun toward your next collective agreement. Although your current collective agreement does not expire until March 31, 2022, your Employer requested that we commence bargaining early in light of an anticipated retirement on the Management Team.

Negotiations began on December 1^st and continue today, December 2^nd. Your Bargaining Committee has exchanged proposals with the Employer and have made progress on a number of monetary and non-monetary items. However, several matters remain outstanding, including wages.
