Local 52 – King’s Meadow Residence Society Information Sessions & Ratification Vote

Dear member,

This is a reminder that your Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with your Employer and is recommending acceptance of the agreement.

If you are a member of Local 52 and would like a copy of the tentative agreement, please contact the Resource Centre at inquiry@nsgeu.ca.

We have scheduled two drop-in information & ratification sessions where you will have an opportunity to hear the details, ask questions and vote on the tentative agreement. Please choose one of the sessions to attend.

The sessions are scheduled as follows:

Date: Thursday, August 5, 2021

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Place: Windsor Community Centre, 78 Thomas St. Windsor NS

Members of your Bargaining Committee and NSGEU staff will be in attendance to answer any questions you have. You can drop in at any time during the meetings – you are not expected to stay for the entire time slot.

Please make every effort to attend one information/ratification vote session, as this will be your only opportunity to vote on your tentative agreement.

Your committee members and NSGEU staff wish to thank the members of Local 52 for their support and patience throughout the bargaining process.

Please make sure to follow all public health guidelines at the meeting location. Masks are required.
