Local 161 – Municipality of Richmond Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement Ratified

The Union has been advised your first collective agreement has been ratified by Council.

The Union and Employer will schedule a signing at our earliest opportunity. Once signed, the Union will arrange for copies to be provided to the membership at an upcoming local meeting.

The membership of Local 161 ought to be proud of what has been accomplished this year. As workers you have organized your workplace and negotiated a fair collective agreement that has maintained present working conditions.
