Local 41 – Northwoodcare Bedford Inc. Bargaining Update: Agreement Ratified

On Tuesday, November 15th, your local ratified the employer’s final offer, which means your group has reached a new collective agreement.

Your bargaining committee appreciates your patience and support during the bargaining process. We hope to get the collective agreement signed in the next couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, the employer has advised that they will not be able to process any retroactive pay until after Christmas.

I would like to personally thank your bargaining committee for all their hard work and dedication they have contributed for over a year to reach this agreement.
