Locals 70, 73 & 74: Retro Grievance Update
As you are aware, the Union filed policy grievances against AVRCE, SSRCE and TCRCE regarding the delay in implementing your new pay rate and the payment of your retroactive wages.
Karen Hollett has been selected as the Arbitrator to hear the grievances, and dates have been scheduled for May 16th & 17th, 2024. Please note that we have no control over hearing dates and we took the earliest dates available to us. We understand the frustration and hardship this delay is having on you, and we will continue to use the processes available to us to resolve the matter.
We will keep you up to date as things progress.
EtA: The above communication was meant to inform you of the arbitration date. With the exception of the recently completed classifications announced yesterday, the retro payments are still on track to be paid in March. Once we have payment dates confirmed by the Employers for the classifications announced yesterday, we will update you.
