Local 102 – North End Community Health Association Bargaining Update and Invitation to Information Session

Dear member,

Your bargaining committee met with the employer to negotiate a new collective agreement on a total of six dates since March 5th, 2024. While all non-monetary changes are agreed upon and completed, the wage increases and other financial proposals remain outstanding.

The bargaining committee continues to work with the employer on reaching an essential services agreement. This essential service agreement must be in place before any legal strike action can happen.

Your bargaining committee is hosting an important information session with the local to communicate the current status of negotiations and what next steps will look like in 2025.

This virtual meeting will be held on Monday, December 23rd at 6 pm via Zoom (link to follow at a later date).
