MEDIA ADVISORY: NSGEU Correctional Officers Rally for Better Wages
Dartmouth – NSGEU Correctional Officers from around the province will hold a rally to raise awareness for better wages.
When: Tuesday, April 15, 2025
Time: 12:00 P.M.. to 1:00 P.M.
Where: Joe Howe Building, 1690 Hollis Street, Halifax
Corrections officers are the lowest paid in the country and continue to work short staffed putting their health and safety, and those they serve, at risk.
