Local 470 ABCDW Tentative Agree Reached: Virtual Information Session Scheduled for Sunday, January 18, 2026

As previously communicated, your bargaining committee has reached a tentative agreement with your employer. A copy of the tentative agreement highlights will be sent to you on Friday, January 16th for your review, this email will include a link for an information session. The information session will be held online on Sunday, January 18th from 6:00 P.M.to 8:00 P.M. where we will provide an overview of the tentative agreement and answer any questions you have.

Electronic Ratification Vote will begin January 19th at 9:00 a.m. and end January 21st at 4:00 p.m.

You will receive an email with your PIN number and a link to the voting site by 12:00 p.m. on January 19th. This PIN number allows you to vote.

If you do not receive an email with a PIN by 12:00 p.m. on January 19th, please check your junk mail/spam folders for an email from voterinfo@intelivote.com . If you are unable to find the email, call the NSGEU HELPLINE at 902-424-4063 or toll-free at 1-877-556-7438 for assistance, and we will be able to arrange a PIN number for you which will allow you to e-vote. The NSGEU can take your calls Monday- Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The email with the e-vote information will also include how you can vote by phone should you wish to. We will send out a reminder to vote, so continue to watch your emails.

REMINDER – You must be a signed NSGEU member to receive a PIN and to vote. If you are not a signed member, or you are not sure if you are a signed member, please call the NSGEU at 902-424-4063 or 1-877-556-7438.
