On Wednesday, November 4th, the Allied Healthcare Council will be hosting a Webinar at 7 pm, titled The Window of Resilience: Managing Stress and Preventing Burnout. In this webinar, Ed Wohlmuth will explore practical, practice-based strategies to help you recognize when you are moving outside your window of resilience and develop tools to help you return to — and remain within — it.

Ed will discuss key practices to help you:

• Better understand your window of resilience

• Manage everyday and chronic stress

• Reduce the risk of burnout and compassion fatigue

• Respond to situations that are outside your control

• Build practical habits that support well-being

This webinar will be open to all NSGEU members, and we will be sharing the invitation on Monday.

As well, the Allied Healthcare Council has recorded 2 Podcasts! Watch your emails on Monday for details.

You make a difference every day. This week, we’re celebrating YOU! Proudly organized by the NSGEU Allied Healthcare Council.
