Local 480 Policy Grievance Hearing Decision
The Local 480 policy grievance arbitration hearing arising from the transition of members into the Civil Service concluded November 6, 2014.
We have received Adjudicator Blackburn’s decision and, unfortunately, he has dismissed the grievance.
He has ruled the Employer followed the transition process correctly and appropriately.
