Joan on Rick Howe (February 12): civil service cuts & travel nurses
President Joan Jessome was on Rick Howe today at noon talking about businessman John Braggs’ recent comments encouraging the government to cut the civil service. She also talks about Capital Health bringing in travel nurses from across Canada to fill specialized positions.
