Attention: All Local 92 members (at Dalhousie Agricultural Campus) who would like to appeal their Local 99 classification result.
Dear members of Local 92 (at Dalhousie Agricultural Campus),
You received a letter dated August 31, 2015 advising you of your right to appeal your Local 99 job classification result. You can submit your request for appeal with supporting reasons to Maureen Gillis, Director of Finance and Administration, Facilities Management.
Under the Local 92 Memorandum of Agreement, you had 10 working days in which to submit your appeal. The 10 working days expired on September 11, 2015.
The Union requested an additional week in consideration of the vacation period. The Employer agreed so you now have until Friday, September 18, 2015 to submit your request for appeal.
Please Tina Webber at twebber@nsgeu.ca or 1-877-556-7438 if you have any concerns or questions.
