Health Administrative Professionals Information Sessions & Voting Details

As you are aware, a tentative agreement was reached for your bargaining unit late last night, which is being recommended for acceptance by your committee. We have now scheduled virtual information sessions as follows:

• Sunday, October 15th, 6 p.m.
• Monday, October 16th, noon
• Monday, October 16th, 6 p.m.

Invitations to those sessions will be sent out shortly. The meetings will be hosted by NSGEU President Sandra Mullen and members of your bargaining committee. During these virtual sessions, members will be able to ask questions using the Q&A section of the platform.

We will be sending out an information package containing details of the agreement on Sunday afternoon, prior to the first session, for you to review in advance.

An electronic vote will open immediately following the Sunday evening information session, and will remain open until Thursday, October 19th at noon. CUPE, Unifor and NSGEU will meet on Friday morning to count the vote together and will release the results shortly thereafter.

We realize this has been a long, painstaking process, and appreciate your patience as we prepare the necessary documents and vote to ensure that you are properly informed on the details of the tentative agreement.
