Local 41 – Northwoodcare Bedford Inc. Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement Reached

After many days of negotiations that began November 9, 2021, and two days of conciliation, your bargaining committee has reached a new tentative agreement they are recommending for acceptance!

The union has scheduled three meetings in The Great Room at Northwood Bedford to conduct a ratification vote on Tuesday, November 15th. The times are as follows:

1. 8:00 a.m.
2. 3:00 p.m.
3. 7:00 p.m.

Please show up at the session that works best for you. Documents will be handed out at the meetings, outlining the details of the tentative agreement. Members will be given the opportunity to ask questions, and an in-person vote will be held in order to conclude the ratification process as quickly as possible.

NOTE: You must be a signed member in order to vote! Membership cards will be available at the meetings.
