Local 44 Bargaining Update

Your bargaining committee met on Thursday, October 27th to consider the employer’s final offer.

Your bargaining committee is now recommending that Local 44 members of Nova Scotia Business Inc vote to reject this offer. The details of your employer’s final offer can be found here.

An information session has been scheduled for Thursday, November 24th. We are asking all members make every effort to attend so that we can answer any questions you may have. The information session will be held at 7 p.m. at the NSGEU Dartmouth office (255 John Savage Avenue).

For those unable to attend in person, you will be able to attend via Zoom. A link will be sent at a later date.

The vote will take place by mail-in ballot and you should receive your information in the mail.
