Local 55 WCB – Telephone Town Hall

We are holding a Telephone Town Hall next Tuesday evening, June 25, at 7:30 p.m. to discuss your tentative agreement. Your bargaining committee, Chief Negotiator Robin MacLean, and negotiator Tony Bremner, will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

You can participate in the meeting by simply answering the phone when we call you at 7:30. If you do not get a call, please call in to the NSGEU office 1-877-556-7438 and ask for the call-in number. During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments, just like in a radio call-in show by pressing “0”.

The meeting will last about 60 minutes but you can leave at any time by simply hanging up.

You should soon receive a phone call inviting you to attend the town hall on Thursday, June 20 in the evening. If you do not receive a call it may be because we do not have accurate contact information. Please contact us by 10 a.m. on Monday, June 24 at 424-4063/toll-free 1-877-556-7438 to make sure we have your correct phone number.

If you don’t receive a call the night of the Town Hall, or experience any technical difficulties during the call, please contact the NSGEU. We have someone on staff during the telephone town hall to help you get onto the call.
