The Local 66 bargaining unit is made up of Permanent full-time Counsellors and Night Awake Counsellors, Permanent Part time  Counsellor Assistants and Housekeepers, as well as probationary(means an employee appointed to a permanent position but who has not completed the probationary period) and term employees.
