Time:Â Â 10 a.m. in front of the Shopper’s Drug Mart (303 Main St., Antigonish);Â football game starts at 2 p.m.
McNeil’s Movers will be coming to Antigonish this weekend!
On Saturday, October 24th, our Movers will be meeting outside of the Shopper’s Drug Mart in downtown Antigonish (303 Main Street, Antigonish), passing out information and prizes to patrons of the Antigonish International Film Festival, starting at 10 a.m.
Then, they’ll be making their way to the St. FX vs. Acadia football game, which starts at 2 p.m. (look for their van around the field).
These McNeil’s Movers’ Moving Day Rallies have been organized to raise awareness of the McNeil government’s plans to cut and privatize our provincial public services and to show that these plans will only serve to drive more Nova Scotians out of the province.
Your fellow union members have organized these events. Please come out and have some fun while supporting one another in the fight to stop the government from selling off our public services.
