RALLY: Come out to support the Halifax Typographical Union in Sydney

Rally in Support of the Halifax Typographical Union

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

Please come out and show your support at the Herald (HTU) picket line rally this Friday, providing flags and solidarity to our Herald sisters and brothers who have been on strike for over 100 days.

Where: 500 George Street Sydney

When: Friday, May 6 from noon to 1 p.m.

This group of workers is facing a coordinated union-busting attempt by their employer, along with the elimination of pay equity and wage and benefit cuts.

We encourage all members who are available to attend. We also urge all members to cancel their subscriptions to the Chronicle Herald if they haven’t done so already.
