Clarification: Healthcare Administrative Professionals’ Agreement
Good morning,
We have received a few inquiries from members regarding the new collective agreement for your bargaining unit. To clarify, the base agreement achieved by the Health Care bargaining unit also applies, with some exceptions, to your bargaining unit. To view this base agreement, click here.
Additionally, the Mediator/Arbitrator, William Kaplan, issued a 36-page decision regarding issues that only applied to the Administrative Professionals’ bargaining unit and not to any other bargaining unit. To view this award, click here.
Both documents are relevant to Administrative Professionals who work at the NSHA and the IWK.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. We hope you are able to join the telephone town hall meeting that is scheduled for Tuesday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m.
