Local 105 (Louisdale Community Homes Association): Bargaining Update

Your Local 105 Bargaining Committee met with your employer last week to begin the process of negotiating your first collective agreement.  We made very good headway, reaching agreement on the majority of non-monetary provisions.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to find available dates for our next bargaining session until late June.  We meet again on June 26 and 27 and are hopeful we can conclude an agreement at that time.

Once we have reached a tentative agreement we will hold an information session so that we can explain your new terms and conditions of employment and answer any questions you may have before casting your vote on the agreement.  In the interim, if you have any questions please contact a member of the Bargaining Committee.
