Local 18 Teachers – Negotiations Moving Forward
Negotiations began and proposals were exchanged on Monday, August 26.
These proposals were developed by your Bargaining Committee after careful consideration and analysis of the input from the membership. A copy of the proposals are being mailed to you.
Negotiations continued the following day and discussions were amicable; however, the majority of monetary items remain outstanding. Negotiations are set to resume on September 3rd and 4th, 2013.
Your Bargaining Committee thanks you for your continued support and encourages you to look for future updates as bargaining continues.
If you have any questions, please contact a member of your Bargaining Committee, or the NSGEU at 424-4063 (toll free 1-877-556- 7438), or e-mail us at inquiry@nsgeu.ca
