Local 23 – IWK Office & Clerical – Tentative Agreement Reached

Your bargaining committee is pleased to advise that on April 15th, 2013, a tentative agreement was reached between the union and the IWK.

Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement, which provides for wage increases of 2%, 2.5% and 3% over a three-year period, as well as a number of other improvements.

We will be sending a package containing full details of the tentative agreement to the membership early next week. A date for information sessions and voting will be determined shortly, and provided within your package.
