Local 27 – Evergreen Home For Special Care – Meeting Time Changed

We issued a Bargaining Update on March 15th, setting out the times and place for ratification of your new Collective Agreement.

We have heard from members expressing their concern that the meetings we arranged would not allow them enough time to review the Tentative Agreement document before reporting to shift (day session) or following a shift (evening session).

Accordingly, we have changed the times to address your concerns. The day session will commence half an hour earlier and the evening session will commence half an hour later.  The new information/vote times are now as follows:

Date:                     Monday, March 25

Times:                  1 to 2:30 p.m.

                               7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Location:             Salon D, Old Orchard Inn, Wolfville

Hopefully, these new times will allow all members to attend one of the March 25th sessions.
