Local 64 – Colchester Residential Services Society – Information sessions, vote scheduled

As you are aware, your bargaining committee met with your employer for conciliation on Wednesday, June 26th. It was very long  day of negotiations and your bargaining committee worked very hard on your behalf.

The committee will be presenting the employer’s offer to members during a drop-in information session held on Friday, July 5th between 9:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. at the Truro NSGEU office, located at 188 Robie Street. It is very important to attend this drop-in session, because it will be your only opportunity to vote on the offer.

The employer has committed to allow staff who are on shift to leave to attend the session and vote. Please ensure you receive permission from your supervisor before leaving.
