Local 97 – CDHA Nurses – Bargaining held Monday, November 18th

Your bargaining committee met with your employer for another day of bargaining on Monday, November 18th. We spent the morning discussing the National Standard on Psychological Health and Safety  in the Workplace.

During the afternoon session, your bargaining committee presented the employer with language regarding work schedules, as well as vacation scheduling. A copy of the proposed language is attached. Your bargaining committee is adamant that our members’ scheduling  concerns  must be addressed during this round of bargaining.
