Local 97 – CDHA Nurses – Returning To The Bargaining Table

Your employer has agreed to return to the bargaining  table to try and reduce the numbers of outstanding issues prior to conciliation, which is being held on March 17th, 18th and 25th.

In the meantime, we will return to the table for one day of bargaining on Thursday, February 20th. We are hopeful that your employer will address some of the significant outstanding issues that are still on the table, including their proposed clawbacks, scheduling changes and our proposal for mandated minimum nurse-to-patient ratios.

We are also pleased to report that Robert Chisholm is now a member of your bargaining committee, and your Local President, Rebecca Norris, has joined the NSGEU for a six-week term as Employee Relations Officer servicing your Local.
