Locals 70, 73 & 74: Dates Set for Arbitration Process
Today, marks another positive step forward in the resolution of the current compensation review.
Earlier today, legal counsel for both parties met with Arbitrator Karen Hollet, who was announced as arbitrator last week. It was agreed that the parties will continue to work towards a resolution on determining the total compensation for each comparator classification throughout June and July. It was also agreed that Ms. Hollet will be available one day each week in the month of July to hear arguments and make decisions on any areas of dispute, to bring this process towards a conclusion.
Thank you for your patience, there is still much work to do but this is a another positive development towards achieving total compensation alignment across the Public Education sector.
