World Mental Health Day October 10th
October 10 is World Mental Health Day, a day to raise awareness about global mental health concerns, disparities, inequities and social injustices which prevail and impact the mental health of all.
This year’s theme, “Mental Health in an Unequal World: Together we can make a difference” was chosen to highlight inequalities that exist in mental health care here in Canada and around the world.
