On April 2 and 3 your Bargaining Committee met with the employer to exchange proposals.
The sessions were productive and the talks will continue on May 6th and 7th.
The union’s proposal will be mailed to each of the local. The employer’s proposals consisted of some concessions including reduction in a probationary employees hourly rate of pay and other articles of the collective agreement.
Your Bargaining Committee will not agree to concessions and is committed to achieving a fair agreement for the members.
