Local 97 – CDHA Nurses, Return to Mediation
At 8:45 a.m. today, your bargaining committee returned to mediation at the request of Bruce Outhouse.
Before heading into mediation, NSGEU President Joan Jessome spoke with members of the media, and mentioned that your bargaining committee met over the weekend and agreed to introduce a substantially altered position in hopes of reaching an agreement with your employer.
Rest assured, this does not mean we are compromising on patient safety, scheduling or sick calls.
