Health Care Support Services’ Safety Survey
The union has received a number of reports from our Support Services members regarding concerns about staffing shortages and patient safety.
We are trying to collect data from the membership to assist with bringing public attention to this important issue. In order to do this effectively, we need information from you.
We are asking you to please complete the attached survey no later than Friday, March 22nd.
Thank you for your assistance with this important project!
