Local 75 – Stock Transportation, CSAP Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement Reached!
Good afternoon, Local 75 members,
Your Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that after four days of negotiations we have reached a tentative agreement with your Employer.
During the course of negotiations the parties also agreed to a resolution to policy grievance P-17-449 regarding the voluntary recognition agreement (located at the end of your collective agreement).
In combination, the grievance settlement and tentative agreement will see members achieve parity with English-speaking counterparts working at Stock Transportation from 2016-2020 retroactively.
The Employer has agreed to provide your retroactive wages on your second pay in January.
Details of the tentative agreement will be presented at an information session being scheduled for early in the New Year. A ratification vote will take place following the information session – details to follow. Please watch your email for updates.
