PR Telephone Town Hall Meeting Bargaining Update: Arbitration Decision
WHAT: Civil Service – Telephone Town Hall Meeting – PR Bargaining Update
WHEN: Wednesday, December 20th
TIME: 7:30 p.m.
We are holding a telephone town hall information session for the Professional Bargaining Unit Wednesday, December 20th in order to discuss the Civil Service Arbitration decision released on December 7.
We are currently seeking clarification from the Employer on many aspects of the Arbitration Decision and how it affects the membership. We hope to have more information for you at this session. Jason MacLean, NSGEU President, and members of your Bargaining Committee will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Participating in a telephone town hall meeting is easy. We will call you between 7:30 to 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20. During the call, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments by dialing *3. The meeting call will last about 60 minutes, but you can leave at any time simply by hanging up.
You should receive an advance call reminding you of the town hall. If you do not receive a call, or if you are unsure if we have an up-to-date phone number for you, please contact us by calling 902-424-4063 (toll-free 1-877-556-7438). If you miss the call, or are not at home, you can also dial in yourself by calling 1-877-229-8493 ext.114013#.
Please make every effort to participate in the call and feel free to help spread the word.
