President Jessome swears-in new executive of Local 1995, employees of the Cape Breton Regional Municipal Police

Approximately 70 members of Local 1995 filled the room at their triennial meeting on June 17 where they elected a new executive to lead their local for the next three years.

At the meeting, President Jessome led a discussion about the next steps the union is taking to address member’s ongoing concerns about health & safety due to inadequate staffing levels.
