Apr 07, 2015 - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PMJoan Jessome, NSGEU President, will be hosting a meeting with Yarmouth Argyle Home Support. The meeting is to discuss the government’s recent move to have a procurement consultant make recommendations regarding tendering for home care services across the province.
The tendering process may mean the privatization of home support services if private-for-profit companies win the bid.
It is very important that you attend the meeting to find out what this may mean to you.Â
