Please note: All convention delegates are elected through the process of nomination and ballot. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to be a delegate, please have nominations submitted to Tracey in advance of the meeting (a written statement confirming that you accept the nomination will be required to have your name stand). Members who have attended 40% of meeting since May 2015 to Jan 2016 (3 meetings plus) are given priority to attend. We are entitled to have 21 delegates at the 2016 convention.
