Local 102 – North End Community Health Association Bargaining Update Conciliation Held
Your bargaining committee met for conciliation with the employer on Wednesday, July 24th. Progress continues on achieving a tentative agreement. Additionally, your bargaining committee is working on an essential services agreement with the employer, as required under the Essential Services Act. An essential services agreement must be in place prior to any legal strike action.
We are attempting to schedule further conciliation dates in September, and will advise the membership once those dates have been confirmed.
Your committee appreciates your ongoing patience and support. If you have questions or concerns about the bargaining process, please reach out to a member of your committee.
