Local 38 – Northwood Homecare Inc. Tentative Agreement Reached

Information & Ratification Vote Session Scheduled

Dear members of Local 38 at Northwood,

After not being able to reach an agreement during regular negotiations, your Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that after a day of conciliation on December 10th, they have reached a tentative agreement with the Employer.

An information and ratification vote session is scheduled as follows:

Date: Thursday, December 19th

Time: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Northwood Office, 130 Eileen Stubbs Ave, Dartmouth

A copy of the tentative agreement can be requested from the NSGEU.

Your Bargaining Committee is recommending acceptance.

Please make every effort to attend the information/ratification vote session, as this will be your opportunity to vote on your tentative agreement. You can drop in at any point between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Thursday. We hope to see everyone at the meeting!

Members of your Bargaining Committee and NSGEU staff will be in attendance to answer any questions you have.
