Local 42 – CBS Operations & Support Bargaining Update: Tentative Agreement Reached. Information Session/Ratification Vote Scheduled
After Bargaining on March 7, 8 and 9, 2023, your bargaining committee is pleased to announce they have reached a tentative agreement with your employer.
An information and ratification vote session has been scheduled. Employees are asked to drop in during the following timeframe:
Date: Friday March 17,2023
Time: Drop-in anytime between 3:00p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Place: NSGEU Office, Boardroom A&B, 255John Savage Avenue, , Dartmouth
Your Chief Negotiator, Shawn Johnson, along with members of your bargaining committee, will be in attendance to present you with the details and provide an opportunity for you to vote and to answer any questions you may have.
This will also be your only opportunity to review the agreement, ask questions, and vote, so please ensure you drop in.
