Celebrate Labour Day with NSGEU and your Local Labour Council – Monday, Sept. 7, 2026
Come out and join local union members, families and friends to celebrate Labour Day on Monday in the following locations:
- Cape Breton: 12:00 pm Open Hearth Park, Sydney
- Halifax: Rally at 11:00 am at the Labour Board offices at 1601 Lower Water Street. March starts at 11:30 am to Peace and Friendship Park (on Hollis in front of the Westin Hotel/Bus station) for some food, entertainment, and family activities.
- South Shore: 11:30 am Privateer Park, Liverpool
- Annapolis Valley: 11:00 am Memorial Park, Kentville
We hope to see you there! Please note our offices will be closed on Labour Day.
