Due to lack of response we have had to cancel our birthday celebration event at Hatfield Farms.

Hi everyone,
Local 101 is having a birthday! To celebrate we’re having an evening out at Hatfield Farms. While we realize it’s impossible to get all members together at the same time.
This event will be open to the first 100 members who respond back with a confirmation that they’d like to attend.
The cost for the evening is $32.50/person. We are asking that members pay $10, with the remainder being picked up by our social fund.
To confirm, we ask that you send an email including your $10 deposit. If there are people that want to come but don’t do email transfers, we ask that you confirm by email stating that you are sending your $10 deposit via interdepartmental mail. This can be sent to:

Evening of fun at Hatfield Farms
Please arrive at 1830. At 1900, we will take a wagon ride to the village where we will have access to the Rubber Rodeo, unlimited hot dogs, burgers, & fries. There will also be a campfire.
Alcohol is permitted (BYOB) NO GLASS BOTTLES PERMITTED
At 2200, we will take the wagon back to the parking lot.
PLEASE NOTE: NSGEU WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MEMBERS WHO CHOSE TO BRING ALCOHOL. MEMBERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM HATFIELD FARMS!
