Cumberland Colchester Information Session

Your Bargaining Unit Negotiating Council and your Union Negotiating Committee are recommending the rejection of the Employer’s final offer.

Please join us at this Information Session as we go through the Employer’s Final Offer and explain why your Bargaining Committee is asking you to vote “NO.”

NSGEU President MacLean will be at this session along with, Jim Gosse, Negotiator, and Beth Hingley from the bargaining committee. We look forward to answering any questions you may have.

This offer includes two years of zeros, and ends the Public Service Award for all new members (as of April 2015) while freezing it for all existing members. Now is the time to make your voice heard.Grant Vaughan, Chief Negotiator, and Robin MacDonald from the bargaining committee will be in attendance at this session.

If you cannot attend this meeting but would like to find out more about this vote, we will also be holding three Telephone Town Halls all at 7:30 pm:

• Technical & Services (TS) on Nov. 22
• Clerical (CL) on Nov. 30
• Professional (PR) on Dec. 7.
