Christmas Parade and Social

11:00 am – Meet at 9 Phillip St. in Truro and decorate our truck that is in the Santa Claus Parade. NSGEU members and their families are invited to help us decorate.

5:30 pm – All people walking with us in the parade must be at the Colchester Stadium on Lorne St. This is open to NSGEU members and their families. There are seats in/on the truck to sit (to take a break) but you will primarily be walking the route. Please dress warmly – our theme is red & white.

** Attire Suggestions for the creative folks: wear a big box that is wrapped like a gift, Wrap your torso in wrapping paper, get a Large Christmas bag from the Dollarama to wear like a poncho over your jackets. If you want to just wear your own clothing, we will have red t-shirts to wear over your regular attire if you’d like.

8:30 pm – All NSGEU members and their families are invited to Frank and Gino’s. There are a couple door prizes to be won, and lots of laughs to share.
